We are excited to return for the second year to this event with the Malaper Photography team. We will be on poolside this upcoming weekend to capture all the action at the Cardiff International Swimming pool!

Below you will find everything you need to know about our coverage, how to view the photos, and how to guarantee shots of your swimmer.

General Coverage:

Our photographers will be capturing action shots throughout the entire event. However, due to the fast-paced nature of the meet and the number of competitors, we cannot guarantee that all participants will be covered through general shooting alone.

If you want to ensure your swimmer is photographed during a specific race or multiple ones, we highly recommend submitting a photo request ahead of time.

How Payment & Credit Works for requests:

Here is how your booking fee works and is completely transparent:

100% Gallery Credit: The upfront payment you make for a photo request is a like-for-like credit (You will receive a voucher code automatically via email corresponding to the value you booked for).
Spend It Later: The full amount paid will be waiting for you as a credit to spend in the online gallery once it goes live.
Choose Your Favourites: You can use this credit to purchase digital downloads, prints, of images of your swimmer after the event.
If we miss your swimmer you get a full refund.

*Please Note: Photo requests are not exclusive. Depending on the length of the race, we may photograph other swimmers in the same heat. However, priority for start/block photos is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We guarantee a minimum of 5 to 10 images of your swimmer to choose from, though the final gallery will likely contain more.

Browse the digital viewing stations at our stall.
Write down the unique file reference number of your favourite photos.
