Booking your photography services prior to a Swimming Gala

Here is an explainer of how we operate with pre-bookings of photography services at the events we cover

ALL ADVANCED BOOKINGS FOR SWIM ENGLAND REGIONALS WILL CLOSE ON Wednesday the 4TH of November AT 8PM.

For most locations bookings on site will be available but at the "booking on the day rate".

EXPLAINER:

​

Coverage & Package Options:

​

  • General Coverage (No Pre-booking): Free general coverage of the event is available, but individual swimmer photos are not guaranteed.

​

  • Pre-Booked Photo Request (£40): Includes non-exclusive race coverage where 5 to 10 images are provided to choose from. The £40 fee functions as a deposit for our service, returning £30 in gallery credit to spend on prints or downloads.

    • Upon booking completion, credit code will be sent automatically via email receipt

 

  • Exclusive Premium Commission: Offers full photographer focus on a single swimmer and a private gallery.

    • 1 Race Pack: £120 (includes 12 full-resolution downloads).

    • 2 Races Pack: £160 (includes 18 full-resolution downloads).

  • Clubs can purchase images packs to promote their club: get in touch with us for more information (Note that images purchased by individual swimmers or parents are not meant to be shared with clubs)

 

Race Restrictions & Recommendations:

​

Avoid 50m Events: It is highly recommended not to book 50m freestyle, backstroke, or butterfly races. Swimmers rarely breathe during these sprints, making it incredibly difficult to capture clear faces after the start and breakout.

No Relay Commissions: Relay races cannot be booked for premium commissions unless the entire relay team books together (get in touch).

 

Deadlines & Logistics:

​

First-Come, First-Served: Booking operates strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. Overall capacity is limited, and slots may close early to prevent race overlaps.

​

Advance Booking Deadline: Wednesday, 4th November 2026 at 8:00 PM.

On-the-Day Rates: Prices will be higher for bookings made at the event both requests and commissions.

​

Why booking early: Securing a spot early is vital it locks in your swimmer’s slot before the schedule fills up. When requests come in at the last minute, it forces us to shuffle our shooting timeline on the day. This creates a risk of race overlaps, meaning we might miss key moments or be forced to turn down bookings to protect the quality of coverage for everyone who secured their spot in advance.​
